You can find your latest order information and tracking details through your DAYNTREk account.
01 — Log in to your account
"Already a DAYNTREk member?
Click the login icon in the website header or use the link above to access your account.
Once logged in, you'll be able to view your order history and, where available, your tracking number.
02 — Check your email or SMS
When your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking details by email and SMS.
If this is your first order with us, check your spam or junk folder in case the email has been filtered.
You can also search through your recent phone messages for your DAYNTREk delivery notification.
03 — Still can't find your order?
If your DAYNTREk shipment hasn't arrived or you're unable to locate your tracking information, our customer service team is happy to help.
