At DAYNTREk, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship when our products are used normally and cared for as intended.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from DAYNTREk or from an authorised DAYNTREk stockist.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law or applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
WHAT IS COVERED
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use.
This may include issues such as:
- faulty stitching or seams;
- defective zips, buttons, snaps or hardware;
- manufacturing defects in fabric or materials; or
- other faults resulting from the manufacturing process.
Where a fault is confirmed, DAYNTREk may, depending on the circumstances:
- repair the item;
- replace the item;
- provide a refund; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the fault and your rights under applicable consumer law.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Our warranty does not generally cover damage caused by:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidents or misuse;
- improper care or washing;
- stains, marks or contamination;
- fading or discolouration resulting from normal use or exposure;
- damage caused by alterations or repairs not authorised by DAYNTREk; or
- damage caused by use outside the intended purpose of the product.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your DAYNTREk product has a manufacturing fault, please email:
Please include:
- your name;
- order number or proof of purchase;
- product name or details;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs or images showing the fault.
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or ask you to return the item for inspection.
All warranty returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number before being sent to us.
Please do not send your item back until you have received an RA number and return instructions.
WARRANTY ASSESSMENT
Once we receive the item, our team will assess the product to determine whether the issue is covered under this Warranty Policy or applicable consumer law.
If the fault is confirmed, we will contact you regarding the appropriate remedy.
If the issue is determined to be caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or another issue outside the scope of the warranty, we will let you know.

Once your warranty claim has been approved and an RA number issued, your item should be sent to:

CONSUMER GUARANTEES
This Warranty Policy operates alongside your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
